Kel studied Illustration at Anglia Ruskin University, and will complete the MA Illustration and Book Arts in 2017. He combines his role as an illustrator with that of an art teacher, training the next generation of artists. Kel specializes in editorial and makes comics and books focusing on, and experimenting with, semi-autobiographical, sequential narratives. Kel has worked on numerous editorial and sequential projects including some storyboard and illustration work on the Emmy award winning HitRecord On TV (First Stars I See Tonight in Season 1, Episode 1) and some book illustration props, title designs and poster design for the Webby award winning film The Birch for Crypt TV. Kel lives in Norwich with his wife and son.
